What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, business name, email, phone, city, industry, approximate card volume and any message you add. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request — a statement review, a quote, or an agent application. If you ask us to review a merchant statement, we use it only to calculate your effective rate and identify avoidable fees.
Who we share it with
If you decide to proceed, we share the information needed to submit a merchant application to Square and its banking partners. Nobody else receives it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are retained as long as required by the payment networks and applicable law.
Your choices
Email hello@getmultipos.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
